6. Prohibited conduct
You may not scrape the service, reverse-engineer our software, abuse other users, post discriminatory content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer
BasaiNepal provides listings as a platform; we do not guarantee the legal status of any property and recommend independent legal and structural verification before any purchase or lease.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kathmandu.
