Why BasaiNepal
Real estate, without the noise.
Finding a home in Nepal often means trawling through Facebook groups, calling numbers that never answer, and visiting listings that look nothing like their photos. We started BasaiNepal because we believed it could be better — calmer, clearer, and built around trust.
Today, we work with verified owners and a small network of managers across seven cities. We don't publish a listing until someone from our team has visited it in person and confirmed the photos, the price, and the paperwork.
